The 3 guardians of modern production

Understanding Integrated Systems Infrastructure
Integrated systems for modern manufacturing are essential pillars for any industrial operation that seeks efficiency, precision and data-based decisions.
What are these systems:
MES (Manufacturing Execution System)
The MES is responsible for executing and monitoring production in real time:
WMS/LES (Warehouse Management System/Logistics Execution System)
While the MES takes care of production, the LES takes care of internal logistics and storage:
QMS (Quality Management System)
QMS is the guardian of quality. Control:
How do they all work TOGETHER?
A product in production (MES) needs materials (WMS) that meet specifications (QMS). These three systems talk continuously:
MES notifies WMS when it will need material → WMS separates it accurately → QMS checks whether it arrived as specified → MES puts it into production → QMS inspects the result.
Resulting in total visibility, operational efficiency, and strategic decisions based on real information from the entire chain. It's the orchestra working in perfect harmony.
When MES, WMS and QMS work together in an integrated way, your factory not only produces, but produces smartly, safely and efficiently.
